Community Warden Nick supports the Speedwatch scheme in Folkestone NE

Motorists are reminded to keep within the speed limit in parts of Folkestone thanks to new speedwatch equipment provided by a £2,334 KCC members grant from Frank McKenna.

The equipment has proved really effective and feedback has been very positive.

A group of volunteers come together throughout the month and rotate around the Folkestone NE area.

They have even visited a local school to help spread the word and educate the children on road safety and speeding.
