Couples looking to hold their wedding at Oakwood House in Maidstone can now select and book any available date from April 2023 onwards.

Oakwood House is currently undergoing a major renovation which will offer a choice of three beautiful new ceremony rooms and will replace The Archbishop’s Palace as the county Register Office for Kent.

Just a short distance from the town centre, Oakwood House is a grand Victorian mansion set among mature gardens and tall trees, providing an intimate setting and stunning backdrop for wedding photographs. The building is wheelchair accessible with free parking on site.

Oakwood’s three newly-decorated, contemporary ceremony rooms are:

• The Kentish Suite – a large ceremony room for up to 80 people;
• The Garden Room – a medium sized ceremony room with a terrace for up to 40 people;
• The Study – a smaller, panelled ceremony room for up to 15 people.

The renovation work is set to be complete by February 2023. Once the work has been completed, information on open days to view the ceremony rooms will be available on www.akentishceremony.com.
