St George’s Church in Deal host a variety of activities for the community and are keen that they should be open for all.

A recent grant of £1,320 from KCC Members Grants was awarded by Mike Eddy and Eileen Rowbotham.

This has enabled installation of a Hearing Loop, together with a flat TV screen.

The screen has already been put to good use with their parenting programme.

Revd Sheila Porter said: “We are thrilled with this generous grant which has enabled a greater cross section of the community to be fully involved with our activities for the community.”
